VexroanReviews of vexroan.com

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything from this company. I too ordered the sturdy storage containers and when it arrived I already knew it was a scam. The entire package was about the size of a 8x10 picture frame. I too emailed back and forth with the company and spent $18 to return the item for a 34.99 refund for which i originally paid $42, I already know, what you may think, but caught up in my frustrations, I hope to do better research first before ordering in the future.

Ordered a grey goose DECANTER. Advertised as 20” tall with a blue stopper, looks like a grey goose bottle. Received the decanter and it was 7” tall without a blue stopper. THEY DO NOT EVEN MAKE IT AS ADVERTISED!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! False advertising

Purchased sculpted goose-shaped bottle. Never received item. Attempted communication with vendor- no response. SCAM! Do not purchase from this company. Probably not a legitimate organization.

Just like many others on this site, I ordered the "Heavy Duty Transparent Storage Boxes with Flip-Top Lid." In their advertisements, these are plastic boxes that stack on each other with sturdy black handles. What I actually received was a bunch of cheap plastic bags. They most certainly couldn't be filled with books and stacked on top of each other as portrayed in the ad. I was offered a $30 refund to keep them which I declined. Instead I attempted to dispute it with my credit card, but that went nowhere. In no way, shape, or form did I get the product I ordered and want to warn all potential shoppers that this site is a ripoff!!

I ordered the stackable tote storage bags. What I got was a set of folded, flimsy bags

Zero stars. I wished I had seen all of these awful reviews prior to my purchase. Buyer beware and lesson learned. At least with Amazon, it isn’t as much of a hassle to return. I hope the big plastic bins I purchased there are better than the cheap flimsy ones I received. What a disappointment.

I bought their XL storage bags, it’s not as the commercial. It’s thin and useless. I have been trying to return, and have not gotten any response from my multiple emails.

They use AI to make the product look totally different. I ordered the stackable clear storage containers. What I received were flimsy little wrinkled bags. The zipper broke just zipping up the first time. I wanted a refund but they said I had to pay S&H. There needs to be a class action lawsuit for fraud, false advertising & they need to STOP THE FAKE ADS! They deserve a minus one star.
