Honor refills
Usually I am more than satisfied with this company, However, this time I had to call about my Rx even though I had refills, confirmed at my initial call., They called my vet, which I felt was unneccesary as I had refills on the meds I was re-ordering.

Judith, You are correct, we do not usually call your vet for refills unless there is a different quantity or a different strength requested. It looks like you ordered after Labor Day. We are not open on the weekends and due to the long holiday weekend we had more orders than normal and they are processed in the order they are received. It is possible we were trying to catch up so orders around that time did take a little longer than normal. Positive Experience Start to Finish
You place your order and they work directly with your vet to get the RX info. Fast Shipping and it's even easier having refills shipped. Molly loved the cookie sample they sent with her meds, so of course I had to order some of those too when I got her refill.

Paid for two day shipping and was a week late.
Vet needed a prescription for part of the order. My vet wouldnt sign on. Cancelled that scrip. That was on Friday. Stated rest of order would be shipped. Paid for two day shipping. Today is Thursday and still no order. Not happy.

My first order came quick and with a discount!
I was looking for a certain type of facial wipes for my Boston Terrier. My vet wanted to charge 20.00 but I got a similar brand with the exact same ingredients (acetic acid, ketoconazole, and chlorhexidine gluconate) for 7-8 dollars less! The vet even told me there wasn't another option besides the one h had. My Boston needed something that cleanses, degreases, antimicrobial, and antifungal for the folds in her face because she was always getting infections there. I am very happy to have found the Mal-A-Ket wipes cheaper!

quick, affordable, & wide selection
I love buying my pet's thyroid medication from VetRxDirect. Once they have the confirmation from our vet, they are very quick to get my order shipped. And since they carry a variety of dosages, it's much cheaper & easier. I can give my dog 1 pill twice/day rather than combining 2 pills for the same dose (which is what my vet would do). And a bonus - the pills are tasty chewables! (At least that's the impression I get from my dog)

We have to obtain authorization from veterinarians on prescription items per federal law. Therefore we cannot ship anything out until the vet has replied back to our fax that we send them. Dependable and Fast!
I've ordered three items from VetRxDirect and have been very pleased with this company. Their website is user-friendly, their prices are comparable if not better than the popular pet websites, and the deliveries have been very prompt. VetRxDirect is my go-to pet website from now on.
