Bought online over the weekend and by the time I came home from work 4 days later it arrived my door step.

Lowest price around for AeroKat plus new customer coupon made for a GREAT deal. I sprung for overnight shipping...order was shipped on time and arrived in excellent shape. They even included free kitty treat samples (which my kitty LOVED)!

I needed a prescription for my dog. I was told is was expensive, misunderstood your pricing and placed an order. Customer Service called me to state I ordered 1 pill not 90. as it turned out the script would have been $400.00 no $20.00. They cancelled the order and offered to send the script back so that I could get it filled locally. After calling pharmacies I was able to get it for $53.00. Excellent customer service - very high prices!!

I would definately use them again. They contacted our vetinarian and the shipping was ultra quick.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with vetrxdirect or with my vet, but after my order was placed, it took 5 days for it to ship. My vet says they didn't receive the refill order when it was sent the next day or when it was re-sent 3 days after that. It's been a week since I placed the order and I still haven't received the medication. My dog is epileptic and this medication prevents his seizures, so it is unacceptable for it to take as long as it has.

It was a cinch to order needed items as well as easy checking out. The items arrived in short order. This is a win-win.

thank you VetRx for compounding a prescription so I would not have to buy TWO. My little Chi has a tumor - inoperable because he is so small - and he lost most of his hair except his back. Over time since he has taken his medication, most of it has grown back. Hair is very important to Bebe! Thank you VetRx.
