I stumbled upon VetRxDirect by accident when I was searching for a better price for my dog's ear cleanser, and I'm really glad I did. They have great prices (better than 1800petmeds, who I was using before), and the items are shipped very fast. When I was waiting for my veterinarian to confirm a prescription for my dog's heart worm medicine, after 2 days VetRxDirect notified me that they still hadn't heard from my vet. I called customer service to confirm their fax number and actually talked to a real life person, which is always refreshing. Once my vet faxed them the prescription, I got an email confirmation just minutes later that the medicine was on it's way. I'm very pleased with the customer service, selection of items, and prices. I'll definitely be back.
