Excellent service!

I have used VetRx Direct several times now. The process is easy. They will contact your vet with your order. Medications are fresh.

Great experience
Everything was easy to find, and understand. It worked great, and was no problem. They took care of everything with the prescription and delivered the medicine quickly. Great experience!

I am very happy with the product OcuGlo that they carry and the prices are very competitive.
The first time I ordered, the product was delivered within 3 days. The next time I ordered, it took a week and a half to get my order. If you are in need of a specific RX, plan ahead because standard delivery time is not predictable.

Misleading Purchasing Experience
The website walks the customer through providing *ALL* information including credit card number only to say at the end they need the veterinarian to 'cooperate'. Second 'red flag' was the fact that the veterinarian did not trust them and wouldn't release the prescription to them. The vet was willing to give me the prescription to send to them (or anyone) but did not want to interface directly...

Customer, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience with VetRxDirect. Just like a human medication, anything that is an RX item is legally required to have a prescription per pharmacy law. Any veterinarian has the right to not work with online pharmacies however they are required to give you a written prescription to send if you choose to not buy the medication directly from them.
