Petacular!!
I have been ordering pet medications from VetRxDirect for several years. I find them to be prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and rapid service
I have used VetRxDirect several times in the last year and have been very impressed with their service. Only one time was there a problem with the availability of a med and I received a phone call to let me know. They contact my vets to get the prescription updated and the meds are on their way, usually much faster than I expect.

Good Service Gone Bad
The last two times I ordered a prescription product my vet sent the approval fax back and VetRxDirect did not acknowledge it. I had to call the company and get the fax situation straightened out. This slowed delivery time of the product which my dog needs on a daily basis. Delays are not an option. Prior to this there had not been a problem.

Faxes do not always go through so we have no way of knowing if the clinic has received our fax or if they have attempted to fax us unless the clinic or customer contacts us. We suggest getting in touch with us or your veterinarian if you have not heard from us regarding your order within 48 hours. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but situations can arise every now and again so we do suggest placing orders 10 days in advance before you run out of medication. Oratene Gel(s)
I bought the Oratene Antiseptic Gel & Maintenance gel-THERE ARE NO CAUTIONS FOR DIABETIC ANIMALS!!!! This contains Dectrose and Cellulose basically straight sugar!!! I want a refund due to no cautions for diabetics on the product information. Thanks you could have killed my dog

I discovered your site just checking through "search". Best find ever. The prescription that I needed was "$30.00" less that the vet specialist office charges!

FAST
When I order my dog's eye meds from VetRX, they arrive within a couple of days. It saves me when I forget to order or wait until the last minute. I can always depend on quick shipment. They store his prescription so I don't have to get Dr info every time. Very satisfied.
