VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

I found the item I needed at a reasonable price. They honored free shipping although most other companies do a "bait and switch" when they learn they are shipping to Alaska. I received my product timely and in good condition. Overall I recommend this company highly and hope to do business with them again in the future.

Vetrxdirect.com explained everything about my order over the phone. Because I purchased over a certain amount I wasn't charged any shipping. They gave me an order confirmation number but I never had to use it because my order arrived in 2 days. The package was nicely wrapped and protected and the supplement had an expiration date to let me know when to use the supplement by.I'll definitely order from vetrxdirect.com again.

I was surprised how quick the delivery was and was pleased to see that they had included an extra treat for my pet.

My dog needed meds for her allergies and the vet wanted me to bring her in for a non prescription med so I wasn't going to do that, too much $$$ for office visit just for a refill on her meds , so I found this company. I did my review work and ordered through them. The price was great, it was delivered quickly, and they sent a cookie plus a thank you card for my dog. They made the experience personal. I will be using them again

I am delighted with VetRxDirect! All I had to do was give them my vets contact information and they did the rest! Now all I have to do is fill out my order online and they let me know when it has been approved by my vet and when it has shipped. In my busy life it is a relief not to worry that I have to take my dogs to my vet every time I need a medication.

I was looking for a website that catered to cats specifically and asthma related issues. I found vetrxdirect. I asked a lot of questions and I have to say that they answered each one in a timely manner. ordering was easy as they fax everything to your vet for approval and then send it out. One issue I was not pleased with was when I contacted vetrxdirect and requested to speak with a pharmacist, I was told they were busy and someone would call me back. that never happened. also, vetrxdirect won't specifically recommend a particular medication for your pet, they want your vet to do that. in my case, my vet had no experience whatsoever in using, or prescribing an inhaler for my cat. I expected vetrxdirect to help more in that aspect since they are PHARMACISTS. they should know or be able to talk with a customer/or veterinarian, and prescribe what they think is best. most veternarians are not aware of inhalers for pets or how to prescribe one.

I cannot be happier with VetRxDirect! They carry the joint supplement I use for my dogs at a much lower cost than any of their competitors. Even with the busy shipping season I had my order within a few days.

Great prices and service!
