It was super easy to order the meds for my doggie. It was also way cheaper than buying at the vet. Delivery was fast also.

Good store to shop with. I bought a product that did not sit well with my dog, they refunded my money no questions asked. Even on the return they remembered why I returned it and wished my dog well. I will shop here moving forward.

I ordered my dog some lactose, a medication ib have purchased from this site for a year. It needed refills and was supposed to be faxed to the vet for authorization. When I emailed concerning this I was told they had not faxed and would fax that day. My vet confirmed two days later that they received it and faxed back the authorization and two more days later I still had not received a confirmation that it had been shipped. I had to email again and ask why it was not shipped and I didnt receive the product until 2/15. I ordered it on 1/24. My dog needs this medication to help him poop and he was without it for three weeks. Efficiency was not the best in this case.

The meds for my cat arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Thanks for expediting my order with such efficiency. Your staff are very friendly and provided a great service. I'll use VetRxDirect again.
