I am nervous about ordering online from companies I've never used because I have been scammed in the past. VetRxDirect is reliable and trustworthy. I will continue to use them in the future.

Found the product I was looking for and expected it to take longer to arrive than it actually did. I was pleasantly surprised. Included in the box with my order was a treat for my cat and a thank you note. Nice touch!

I've used two other online pet pharmacies with not great results. I read some other horrible reviews about other online pet pharmacy/pet supply companies. Your reviews were VERY good, so I gave you a try. I could have ordered the same pet meds for 33% cheaper (on sale meds) from another online company but couldn't trust them after reading reviews. This was quick and excellent service. Contact was made with my vet for the prescription almost immediately. No complaints at all!

I ordered an Aerokat chamber via overnight and was surprised to see I got a confirmation within minutes, and a tracking# a few hours later advising my order had shipped that same day. It was very nice that treats were included to help with the stress of the new medicine.

I always get my order within 2 days! They are so fast and reliable! great customer service!!!

My cat needs monthly medicine, and the vet charges $27.00 for that monthly dose. I get the same stuff from VetRx for $7.50. Now I can keep the cat!
