I got everything I needed, received a card thanking me and a personal note from the packing/shipping person. Was great made me feel like I ordered from some fancy place and they were perfect. I have ordered several times and had several different folks fulfill the orders and it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience!

This is my second order from VetRxDirect & am well pleased. Ist: They were the only ones that were selling the particular drug I needed for my pet. 2nd :they were relentless in contacting the Vet's office for the prescription & in contacting me how things were progressing. They shipped the Rx the same day I ordered it & received it in 2 days. Very pleased with customer service.

This was my first time ordering from this company. The price couldn't be beat! The service was great! I ordered it and then just a couple of days later, I had the product! I plan to order from them again when I need to! I also appreciated the hand-written note plus the doggie treat that was included in the package. Our dog loved it! Thanks again for your quick service!

VetRxDirect delivered above and beyond in order fulfillment and satisfaction. They had the best price I could find online for the items I needed. My shipment arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and even had a hand-written thank-you note in it! I'll continue to order from VetRxDirect.

I appreciate that my medications for my elderly cat can be approved by my vetrinarian and my order being processed at the same time. I even called customer service to discuss a medication question and the representative was knowledgable and very caring, I received the package on the exact date expected. I have now found my cat's online pharmacy!
