My cats love this!
This is a great product--an easy, no-fuss way to get your cats to take their lysine! My vet had recommended lysine powder for my cats after their recent bout with feline herpes virus, but they wouldn't eat their food when I sprinkled the powder over it. When I was looking for an alternative to the powder, I saw this product and thought it would be worth a try. I do have to admit that two of the cats (I have six!) didn't go for it, but the others love the taste--they think the supplements are treats! A bonus: I was able to use these to get my cat to take her daily medication! She took a couple of them in Pill Pockets but then wouldn't eat them anymore, so I decided to try to use the lysine bites to make our own "pill pockets." I broke one of the lysine bites apart, then put half the pill in the middle and squeezed it closed; then I did the same with another lysine bite. My cat gobbled them up without a problem! Overall, I'm very happy with the product and the service. It's expensive, but it's worth it to me to find an easy way of "dosing" my cats.
