I ordered a harness for my dog and it arrived very quickly. It's just as nice as it looks on the website, very good quality, but my dog refuses to let me anywhere near her with it, so I have to return it. You need an RMA number to do that and you have to contact VetRxDirect to get it from them. No one ever answered the phone when I called and it took me 3 emails, 2 voicemails and 1 fax over 2 days to get someone to respond which was very frustrating. Also, they charge a 10% restocking fee and had I known that I would not have ordered from this company. So their delivery is outstanding and the product was excellent but their return policy and respond time - not so much !

Trustworthy company that seems to really care about pets. They even sent a treat for our gal which she thoroughly enjoyed!

I ordered my pet's medication and put in my vet's name/fax #. Two days later my vet had still not faxed over my prescription and I promptly received an e-mail from a VetRxDirect representative informing me of that fact and telling me what to do. What impressed me was that I could respond directly back to the e-mail and receive a response from an actual human. The next day I went to see my vet and he sent over my prescription and VetRxDirect shipped out my medication the next day. They have really great customer service and I would not hesitate to order from them again and recommend them to others.
