Good price on pet persciption products. Minor inconvenience of mailing original perscription copy. Mailing perscription increases the time to process an order. No problem with early ordered preventative products.

While I appreciate the prompt filing of orders, the pill my diabetic dog with cataracts takes, as recommended by his eye vet, appear to help him. He has retained vision, and the vet says the cataracts may have shrunken. May avoid that surgery yet.

There was good customer service and good prices. My only quibble is that the website information on my order lagged behind a few days. I had to call in to confirm the status because the site info was wrong and I got nervous. All was well in the end, though.

We are so happy with the rear support harness we purchased! It has been so helpful for walking our 14 y/o border collie mix who has extreme arthritis in both hips and a recently torn ligament in one knee. At his age surgery wasn't really an option so we are controlling his pain but, as a border collie he still needs activity to keep him busy so we still walk him daily and this harness assures that he won't be risking further injury. Thank you vet rx direct for offering such great products for times like these at affordable prices!
