I was very happy with my first experience with VetRxDirect. Ordering was easy, and the product arrived quickly. I liked the e-mail updates on status, and my dog loved the treat included with the order.

I was ordering more solution for my Siamese that has kidney disease. I ordered two bags of fluid and needles. I wasn't paying attention and placed an order for one needle. I got a call from customer service inquiring whether I meant to order only one needle. They were able to update the order with the correct number of needles. This call saved me from having to place another order and paying for the delivery fee. One other note. Their prices are really reasonable compare to my Vet, even with delivery fee. The products arrived as ordered thankful. I am very spoiled with Amazon as we get what ordered in two days (Prime shopper) and it took over a week to receive my order. I did not expect two days but I was shocked to see that my order did not ship from VetRxDirect until the early part of this week when the order was placed 3/15/14 and arrived 3/21/14.

I was looking for ear medicines for my shar pei. He has frequent infections and these drops are fairly expensive. But not anymore. Shipping was on time and the meds were way cheaper than purchasing them from the vet.

I went out of my way to get a liquid form of the medicine my dog needs. It arrived in packaging which allows very easy administering to my dog. Thank you !

Several things really stand out about VetRxDirect. They have products I don't find elsewhere. Lots of companies say they carry unique items, but most are just the same. These guys really ARE unique in their offerings. Then their service is great ... good prices, fast delivery,and attention to detail in such little items as taping up the caps of liquids.
