They were very timely in the shipment and have competitive pricing. They were even so kind as to send a hand written thank you card with a small bag of treats for my kitties.

Always dependable
i've been ordering FortiFlora from these folks for going on a year now. I am always satisfied with the delivery time and the packaging. Their prices are superior to what I would have to pay at the vet's office. Thanks for caring this.

Packaging needs improvement
Ordering was easy and I was very pleased with the quick response to my order. But, a tape was wrapped around the pump of the Oratene which caused the cap to twist open. So when I opened the box to see my purchases both Items were coated in Oratene which had leaked out of the bottle. Maybe 1/10 was lost, not much, but I did have to clean up.

Don't Panic your order is in Good Hands!
I placed my order never thinking it would take my Vet 3 days to respond on Spirit's prescription medicine order. Since we were leaving on vacation in 11 days I needed the order for our dog sitter. I wrote a panicked email to Vet RX and when I received the order had a message written on it "I know you were concerned about delivery of Spirit's medications in time. We did not have the Synovial Flex on the shelf - more would be arriving tomorrow - but I didn't want to delay shipment of the medications. Your synovial Flex will be shipping separately. Thank you, Erica - VetRx Direct" The order arrived in plenty of time of the much needed prescriptions, and THANK YOU Erica!
