As a disabled person awaiting approval of my S.S.I. I have no current source of income. If not for my sister -in -law who covered the vet office visit (which that alone was more than her budget) I was concerned I would not find any way to pay for the antibiotics, etc which my assistance animal is in need of desperately. I informed the reps of my budget and circumstances, and they kept trying to get my vets approval of generic meds which I could afford. Working with this veterinarian proved most difficult but Vet Rx Direct continued to pursue the eventual approval of the generic and /or provide reasonahle pricing for name brand meds.

Ordering was very easy and I received my dog's medicine on time. Unfortunately, my dog passed away unexpectedly due to emergency surgery the night before I received the delivery and they would not allow me to return the package which had not been opened.

I love this companies prices and their customer service was very helpful, it was just unfortunate that I had to contact customer service to find out my shipment was lost. I was never sent the tracking information or anything and finally a week later I called and they said they would expedite the shipping. That was yesterday and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. Staff is helpful, but I have yet to receive my first order that I placed over a week ago even though I paid extra for faster shipping.

Would definitely recommend this place to order pet supplies. They are very helpful and friendly over the phone, and was able to transfer a prescription without any hassles. Also saved money by ordering from here. Will definitely be ordering again when refills run out.

I can recommend VetRxDirect without any reservation knowing you will get the same service I always get, time after time. I consider my pet to be a member of my family deserving the same kind of First Class care that my children and grandchildren receive and with VetRxDirect that is what I receive !

The ordering process was very easy, and VetRxDirect contacted my vet immediately after I placed my order. I got my cat's prescription within 2 days. It was packed well and shipped cold. The prices are far cheaper than my pharmacy could get, and VetRxDirect may be faster as well. I highly recommend this company!!

I can get the lactated ringers cheaper at Costco, but this is less hassle. If their prices were slightly more competitive, it would be 5 stars all the way!
