I absolutely LOVE VetRx Direct!
Great prices-half of what my vet charges. Great personal customer service. I love these people and couldn't be happier.

Great customer service
I was able to obtain a hard to find prescription for my pet. It took some time to get the written prescription from my vet but VetRxDirect was helpful and prompt with email updates and answers. Once the written prescription was received by VetRxDirect, I received the medication quickly.

Excellent pet-meds supply.
I've been using VetRxDirect for several years now. The prices have been more than competitive and the shipping has always been quick. I've been completely satisfied with all of my dealings with them. I recommend them highly.

An awesome company to do business with!
VetRxDirect is the best place to get your pet's medicine. They will contact your Vet for you and make sure everything is ok before they send out the medicine. VetRxDirect is very economical too compared to buying your pet's medicine local. I always get good buys when I shop with them. They even send a couple of cookie treats for my dogs to enjoy and they are made of all natural ingredients!

hassle free, great prices, fast delivery!
Ordering through VetRxDirect is convenient, reasonably priced, and hassle free. I prefer purchasing my pet meds through VetRxDirect, because I always end up paying less then I would have, if I had purchased them at my veterinarians office.

extremely poor service and representatives rude after order was placed
I used VetRx for the first time. They told me I would receive my order this last Tuesday. It's Thursday and I've still not received it. I called and spoke to a rude rep and then Erica a supervisor that explained that they use UPS and transfer to US mail...I received this survey and I still haven't received my order. 11 days now. So if you use this company don't be in a hurry. I asked if I could return the order since I had to buy at the vet anyway since this took so long. Erica explained that the drugs cannot be returned and thats the law and I understand that but the other items I purchased could be returned for a 10 % restocking fee. My advice is check with your vet. My vets price for the prescription drugs was cheeper than VerRX. Plus they don't do what they say.
