I really like that I just have to click the link in the recently ordered area, and follow the links to placing my order. I don't have to search for what I need. Because I was low, I also appreciated that my order arrived within a day or two--without me having to pay expedited shipping. The pricing is excellent as well. I pay twice the amount per tube through my vet.

Ordered 11 days ago and still waiting and have not received my RX. Thought I was being smart going this route but not so sure. I have checked the tracker and called but that has not been any help at all because it has not been updated for 5 days and if you call it just goes into circle with no answers as to where it is or if I will get it.

It was very frustrating getting the Rxs to your company since you would not accept a fax. If it wasn't for the fact that I had extra of some of my dogs meds , my dog would have run out of her meds because of the time it took for the Rxs to be processed by mail delivery.

It will take over 2 WEEKS to receive your pharmaceutical items. Do you trust your purchase to be in transit that long? VetRXDirect ships UPS but then requests the order to then be delivered by the USPS when it arrives at the final destination city. I live in San Francisco so it isn't like I am in the outskirts of Alaska. If they can't ship from Iowa to San Francisco efficiently, then how do they handle and store their products you need for your pets? How can they be trusted? They should be VetRxINdirect.
