Hello Kathleen, We are sorry to hear that your cat has not yet responded to our product Derma-Ionx. According to the order information, your cat has been taking the product for just a little over 2 weeks. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding effectively, which is why we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, with regular use. The Derma-Ionx is intended for internal use, but it does come with the spray bottle for topical use for added relief. We do hope that you continue to try the product for the recommended time. We are glad that you have received your package in good time! In regards to the timing for relief, since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. We do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days and be sure that it is taken regularly as directed. While many customers say some improvements in a couple of weeks, we can not guarantee the same results for every pet. This can vary depending on how well their body processes homeopathic ingredients and how severe the symptoms are to start.
