It's great to find a natural alternative to fleas and ticks on animals. Vetinox offer an easy ordering website with clear descriptions & fast overseas shipping (shipping was a bit pricy but product not available here). I have used the shampoo before & it worked well on skin conditions. Hoping the flea & tick repellant does as well

If you are asking about order, shipping and delivery, all that was very good. No problems. If you are asking about the product I ordered, I think I wasted my money.

While we are glad that you received your product in a timely manner, we are sorry to hear that your dog Dex has not responded yet to the product. We do show that this is a recent purchase, and that Dex has only been on the product sin the 3rd of this month. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding, which is why we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days. We would be happy to speak with you in regards to dosing or try to offer any suggestions that might help get a better response. Please feel free to contact our call center directly. Sincerely, Vetionx Customer Service Team

Four days after starting our German shepherd on medicine we noticed a change in the way she moved. She has quit carrying her left hind leg now and runs normally I will keep her on it as long as she acts like this
