The top wood desk I ordered is meant for a corner, but the legs are square so you can't actually push it into the corner. A bit confused about the design on this.

Made my purchase and they called me a week later to tell me my desk was on back order. As a result, they upgraded me for no additional charge. The desk arrived a week later and took just a few minutes to unbox. Fits my iMac perfectly. They even called as a follow up, to make sure I was happy with the desk.

Purchased and received the product only to find out it is not as advertised. It was not compatible with my iMac. Worked with post sales support who advised I need to purchase additional hardware which lead me to 2 weeks of delayed email responses (some un-responded and ignored) and broken promises to call me back (multiple times). In the end, they could not tell me what hardware I need to purchase and to return the product. Adding insult to injury they wanted me to pay to ship it back. Complete failure from beginning to end. Frankly, one of the worst purchases I have ever experienced.

It says what it is, it is what it says. Delivery was on-time, no problems.

Poor communication about delivery of product. Repeated attempts to inquiry about a purchased product went unanswered.

Problem with one part for the order which was on backorder. After a week with no action on the part, the company upgraded the model in order to ship (at no extra cross to me). You can't beat that for getting things done and keep customers smiling. I can't wait to stand while doing volunteer taxes for seniors.

All arrived as expected. On time. Easy to assemble. Directions were clear. Had the desk ready in about 20 minutes (which included unpacking time). Very happy with the product. Allows me to have two monitors, keyboard mouse and phone on the riser with the rest of my desktop clear for what I need handy. Great for making presentations, which I do frequently. Motor and moving arms are relatively quiet and movement is smooth. Entire desk top device is very well made and strong.
