Good quality but a little expensive. Would buy more often if products were 20% less than their reduced prices displayed online

Good Tables. Website could have more details. The "expert help" in the chat windows didn't know the products. Some of the information that they gave me conflicted with the information in the spec sheets and assembly manuals. When I pointed the errors in their initial responses, they acknowledged them, but I lost any confidence in their expertise - it seemed to me that they were telling me whatever they thought I wanted to hear without any regard to the actual product specs. Why do I give it 4 stars? Because the product that I purchased previously from them works well, and I am happy with it. Just read the spec sheets carefully and decide whether the piece of furniture that you are considering meets your need based on that.

Great product but customer service is atrocious.

Still waiting on a wheel kit for the previous order but otherwise things have worked well.
