Ariel provided me with amazing support with my questions on my new Foundry Bench Corner Standing desk. I had questions on the assembly as well as a separate accessories order that I had made and Ariel was able to track down my order, verify it was shipping soon and also to provide me with a digital copy of the manual so that I could clearly see the images. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.
