Live chat response was so slow. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes. Also, I wanted to see my order status, and I couldn't do that either.

We have your portable panels in several church classrooms and they are very helpful.

I will never order from this company again. On the order website it says ships within 5 business days, it was actually 15 business days before it left and this is not including weekends. I ordered on July 14 and today is 08/20 and still no delivery. It shipped 08/05, made it to Orlando 08/10, left Orlando 08/17 and went to Georgia,Georgia? I’m an hour from Orlando. Today it is back in Orlando..The main reason I’m so irritated is because they made it sound like I would’ve had it soon than the amount of time it is actually taking. Also the shipping tracker says it was delivered 08/17 at 11am but I promise you I do not have possession of it especially when it says it was In Ga and back in Orlando. How about a phone call to let me know what’s going on 5 1/2 weeks later. Thanks

The service was great. Lots of communication before I ordered, clear expectations were set on the shipping process, and and the panels arrived ahead of schedule. The assembly was pretty easy, and when I did have a question, customer service was very responsive. I'm 5'5" and almost 40, if I can assemble these panels, anyone can.

This arrived with brackets in a separate package and no directions at all! I would appreciate follow up!

Delivery persons were very helpful. Quality of fabric & 360 room divider high quality. Unfortuneately had poor experience w. staff ment to aide customers. Pls note 2 end stabilizer panels of 360 divider are huge. Which was not apparent to us @ time of purchase via website. & now stuck w.divider not fitting the office space or MacGyvering own solution. Not a great experience overall I'm afraid to say:(

They were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee because they said I ordered the wrong item. Even as a non-profit they would not budge on the fee. Only issue was, that it was their website that has a routing issue and they sent me the wrong product. Save your receipt or you could be charged a lot of money unnecessarily. We don't have their product yet, but I hope it's better than their processes or company values.
