We love the product and it works just as intended in our office, however, we consulted with customer service before we made our purchase to figure out exactly how many pieces we needed. We were told we needed two posts for every panel. When we received our order and assembled it, we found we did not in fact need two posts for every panel. We set up two panels in an L shape using three posts because the center post served both sides. We ended up with four additional posts and inquired about a return. We were told we would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for our return, even though we were told to order those posts and we were told we would need those posts. This is poor business and I was very disappointed in how they handled this matter, taking absolutely no ownership of their mistake. I would not order from this company again.

Product was disappointing. Not what I had envisioned. However, customer service was understanding and helpful.

We received damaged items and only 3 floor stands for 6 panels. I emailed them and they never got back to me. *They ended up reaching out to me and sent us 3 to replace the damaged ones; no charge. *

While the pricing wasn't bad for what we received - workstation dividers. The instructions are not very helpful, the hardware list is not detailed enough and parts were missing. Customer service was quick to respond however it seems they do not understand their own products. Instructions state washers and nuts to be used which were not in the delivery and when they shipped the missing parts we received long screws. When I sent a photo of what we actually received, they replied with a screen shot of Step 2 however my issue is the missing parts in Step 1 which I made a point of stating in all communications. Still waiting for a response.

The product is presented in dollars without mentioning it's US dollars until you receive the bill. Since the price was almost the same (in Canadian dollars) on Amazon, I chose to go directly through the company, thinking their was also Canadian dollars. Finally, I am losing 180 cad buying through their website and I cannot even cancel, since they charge you 20% for that.

The turnaround for production is too quick compared to how long it takes to s hip. My product won't be here for another 2 weeks, but they decided to process it within 2 hours and I wasn't able to make my new changes to my product. I would highly recommend a 24-hour period.., given the long shipping time

The product is okay (my old Fully Jarvis desk was better - felt more solid). When I needed a new desk, I decided to go with Versare because their website said "Made In The USA". But it is ***NOT*** made in the USA as they claim. My Versare desktop arrived with a "MADE IN CHINA" sticker on it. I emailed Versare Customer Support, they responded: "The product is basically fully assembled in our Minnesota headquarters using parts we source out from different suppliers." Versare is clearly engaged in false advertising. For this reason, I will not buy from them again. Shipping was fast as promised.
