ordered some room dividers took several weeks to ship XPO was supposed to deliver they have not come two days in a row travelled 100 miles to accept delivery. will refuse delivery and request refund.

Product arrived damaged and without proper hardware for installation. Unable to reach customer service and no response to my emails.

I purchased a custom 25'x6' 360 wall divider. The website is informative and easy to use. I was told to send an email to the customer support team with the custom-printed photo I needed to be printed on this wall (which I did). It's been almost 3 days and I haven't heard back from the customer service team... not even an acknowledgement that my email was received. It only takes 2 seconds to respond and say "yes we received it, we will be in touch". I'm not trying to be picky, but it would be nice to know that my email was received after I just spend $2700 on a custom wall. That's all I'm looking for. I even said in the email that if everything went smoothly, I would spend another $10k with Versare. I'm hoping that someone will confirm with me that my email was received by your team. Thank you.

Just what we needed for out multi purpose room to hide unused table and chairs. One unit was damaged in shipping and the FedExed a replacement right away

The wall divider we ordered was unfortunately on back order, even though the website did not reflect that. The communication from Versare was great though. When it was finally available they shipped it right away. Unfortunately again, the shipment showed up partially damaged. I contacted customer support and they got the matter resolved promptly and shipped out replacement parts. This is why they are getting 5 stars. Mistakes happen; that's life. It's how the mistakes are handled - that's what matters and I think they did a good job with that. We were pleased overall.

The website and ordering form were easy to navigate. Confirmations arrived immediately. Then when there was an issue with my color choice they called me and emailed me right away. Instantly on my call back to them I was patched in to the representative that had called me and we corrected everything. So far I am very happy with this company.
