I do not have the product yet, but so far I’m happy with the process. It was easy to search, descriptions were simple to understand, and the payment process was easy. Also, having a tracking order so quickly was nice as well. Keeps me up to date on what’s going on and not leaving me wondering when the order is going to be processed. A time frame before buying would be nice, but I realize that’s hard to determine.

This review is regarding the ordering process only. Made my order and immediately tried to chat and sent email asking for call back as I was looking to add another room divider to my order and see about changing color as I hit the wrong one. It was a holiday and understood not getting a response that day. But t figured I would get a response the next day or at least before the order got produced. Got a call back 2 days later after order was already being sent letting me know it was too late to change anything. The person that called let me know the order was getting shipped and it was too late to do anything and had no concern with the fact that I tried to change the order immediately even though the website says if you change the order within 2 hours it can be done. I was going to order more, but not any more.
