Everything is fine

The floor tiles and blocks served my needs. I wish I would have paid attention to the red text indicating that floor tiles weren't included with the riser kit. I had to place a second order Something that would have been helpful is if the site would have prompted me that my kit was incomplete. All that said, I'm happy with the product.

I t was helpful to me that Versare had a return policy to fit my situation. the product was just what I ordered but did not fit my requirements upon arrival (measure better next time!). The company was great and very responsive before the sell. When the item arrived (it was left on my porch, no signature required), it appeared used, damaged and missing parts. When I contacted them via email I was told that it was the couriers fault and that their return policy states to reject damaged product upon delivery. I explained that I did not have that option. After some back and forth the issue was escalated to a manager who refunded the purchase. I am satisified with the outcome. I will note that the item did seem well made.

Real good experience all around. Some slight shipping damage to divider was only reason for less than 5 stars. But Versare made up with a significant discount off invoice. Our company will definitely use these people again! Thank you!

I experienced both great and not so good customer service. The good news is, you are always dealing with humans and if you are persistent you will get to a very good, customer service-oriented person. The block wall product is fantastic. It was easy to build and install, very good quality, and attractive. I was surprised at the stability of my 8-foot-high block wall. Good product, nice people. A pleasure to work with if you understand, sometimes humans make mistakes, give them a chance they will rectify the problem. They did for me.

We received two divider walls. One showed up damaged. Talked to customer service and they made everything right. We appreciate you all making this right!

The room divider is great, but not ideal for people with cats who want to climb them.
