Versare Solutions, LLC.Reviews of versare.com

I was able to order once I found what I was looking for. Still waiting for order to ship. Wished I had seen it when I placed the first order.

I would use this company for all of my updates to our office.

I ordered the 10' x 6' Folding Outdoor Brown Wicker Partition (2 pieces) on May 29, 2022. It was stated on the site where I made the purchase that the item was in-stock, otherwise I would not have placed the order. On June 2nd, I inquired about my order and was told that it typically takes 7 business days to fulfill an order. I inquired again on June 7th and then was told the item was not in-stock. This had me upset because Versare was quick to take the money knowing that they had no item to ship. And they wouldn't have informed me had I not inquired. On June 20th I receive an email that the item is expected to arrive at their facility that week. I thank her for the update. Because I am impatient, I sent an email on June 24th (week's end) inquiring if they have arrived. I was then told they were now expected by the end of the month. On July 5th, I again sent an email expressing my wish to be kept apprise of ANY updates to the delivery time of the screens. I received a response that the arrival time has been pushed to mid-July. I am still waiting. To add insult to injury, I received an email July 11th asking me if I'm enjoying my recent purchase. This infuriated me. I am giving 3-stars because I can't say the product is not good without actually having it to assess. But because of the whole ordeal that I am incurring, I couldn't give a more favorable rating. UPDATE (8/1/2022): I received the two panels on 7/29/2022. They were package very well--absolutely no damage to the internal contents. And the product seems to be very well-made and looks wonderful. And the main goal: they provide the privacy for which I purchased them.

Our company has been growing at such a pace that it is tough to find space for new hires. With these Hush Panels we were able to create a space and change that space in a very short amount of time. Moving and installing these partitions are a breeze and only takes minutes. I will definitely be buying more of these easy to use panels. Great idea and product, job well done.

Ordered room divider for small home business to help with noise while on the phone. I does deflect the noise and I am very happy with my purchase.

Great experience

Versare replaced a large modular wall product quite quickly and without hassle. Would highly recommend.

My outdoor folding partition was delivered in perfect condition. I waited a long time to order it and was not disappointed in the quality. However considering the weight it should come with appropriate instructions and hardware to properly secure it without it falling over and causing damage or bodily harm.
