I did not receive my order.

I was so excited to get this so my husband and I could have some privacy on our pool deck. I almost purchased two, but being on the pricey side I wanted to see how it looked first. As was mentioned in prior reviews before purchasing it is light weight. My issue was we had a Florida downpour and water got in the little holes on top. When I went to move it in front pf the pool again. Rust water ran all over our white pool deck and actually stained it. My thoughts are they should not allow water to get in and should use some kind of protectant caps or simply weld them closed.

The ordering experience was fairly easy, shipping was fast, and I was kept abreast of the status. When we received the shipment there were damages to several of the panels. Nothing so extreme they couldn't be used, but there was bending/warping of 3-4 of the fabric panels. Assembly was easy but did take the better part of the day. I expected better sound absorption. We can talk right through the panels, so it didn't achieve my goal of dampening the noise level in the office, but we do appreciate the compartmentalization and distraction reduction.

I have not received my product yet. Ordered 6/8 and was supposed to ship 6/24. There is an issue with a part being backordered which is causing the delay. Right now ETA for part is 7/30. I am sure this is a great product but the delay may cause me to ultimately cancel since this was going to be used outdoors for the summer months. The customer service has been satisfactory regarding updates when I ask which is why I am rating it 3 stars. I plan to write at updated review if I receive the product.

Was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. Jennifer the rep we dealt with was an example of customer service others should imitate. Her response to our inquiry was quick and to the point. Her follow up was as well and our situation was resolved. Thanks again Jennifer.

I have not received my order. Blame the shipping company, but company I paid $3,000 to for the room divider should take the responsibility of choosing a good transportation company and making sure the item is delivered when promised.

These looked beautiful and professional in our warehouse workspace, and even with shipping to Canada (woof!) the service was excellent and communicative the whole way down. 10/10 would purchase again.
