We have not received our versa desk yet. We ordered the $500 model. However a couple of days after we ordered it we got an email saying it was a 20% discount. We called customer service and they said there was no way to offer us any discount on a previous order the new discount was only for new orders. I think when it’s within a couple of days there should be some consideration.

Getting in touch with you to cancel my order was not exactly easy. No one ever returned my vm, your chat wasn’t helpful, and when I finally reached a live person he was very unsure of what to do. I’m not even sure my order was ever cancelled. My PayPal account has not been credited as of yet, I hope that will happen soon! If I was ever to reorder your product I definitely would think twice.

Great option for versatility in the office desk area. find myself standing most of the time, except when doing detailed work. Like how you can stop the height any place, the electric motor is a must. Good quality, very sturdy. Bought mine with dual monitor mount and additional power pack supply.

You place your order and pay for it - then you get the awaiting shipment status with no estimated shipping date. How long will it "await" shipping, a week, a month, a year? Meanwhile I have loaned you money at no interest, because you instantly hit my charge card. 1. Don't submit the charge until shipped. 2. Tell you customers before purchase and after purchase what the expected ship date is - that's fair and it could impact the purchase decision.

I have arthritis in my hands, so those "squeeze and lift" desks are out of the question. Versa desk is so easy to use and install....I have purchased 3 of them...in 3 different colors!

This is one badass piece of equipment, well worth the money. Bravo!
