It was for my assistant and she likes the VersaDesk. I have also used it and plan on ordering one for myself.

I absolutely love this desk. My only concern would be the keyboard tray as it seems you can't lean on it too much but other than that it's the best riser I have seen. Our office has many different kinds of risers and mine is the only VersaDesk which is now leaving others with riser envy. Glad I did my research and found your product. Sandra

The ordering process was cumbersome. Had to complete a credit card authorization form, took three days to get confirmation and then slow ship time. From the moment I ordered to actual delivery was around 14 days. Seemed too long.

Ordered and cancelled at first because I was planning for my son who didn't need the desk. Desk was delivered and easily returned. Then I ordered my own and the brackets got bent in shipment. Called support and Louie was quickly able to see and address my problem, sending new brackets. I had to take a bunch of pictures and provide serial number, etc., but now everything's fine.

After trying to work with the 'customer service' after receiving a damaged unit, I still do not have a full working unit. The desktop was damaged, the keyboard tray brackets were bent. I was told I would have the replacement parts overnight on Monday but it is Friday and I still do not have working setup. With the price of this electric desk, I would expect much better support. I would never recommend this company.

Great service for follow-up on status

Unacceptable shipping and communication process. The time lag between on-line purchase directly from VersaDesk and product acquisition undermines the overall experience and confidence in the VersaDesk brand. I called customer service THREE times to find out when I could expect the product to arrive. It wasn't until the third call that I got the answers and succeeded in getting to shipment. (A sincere thanks to Felipe at Versadesk). In today's world, no customer, large or small, should have to make 3 calls to confirm when a product will arrive. Having said that, it's a great product and a good value for the $.

The electric raising desk arrived quickly. I especially liked the handle on the box so I could carry it one handed. Assembly was easy with no tools needed. All of my co-workers are jealous. The motor is quiet, and it rises higher than some of the other manual risers, which I needed. It supports 2 monitors easily.
