The desk came with damage on the edge of the top surface, but the desk functions as intended, overall happy with the use.

I had an issue with the VersaDesk and monitor arm that I purchased. However, the customer service agent Mitchell L. quickly resolved all my issues and I received my items in time for Christmas. Mitchell is very knowledgeable about the product and was very professional. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone. Mitchell should receive kudos. He did actually save the day.

Works as advertised. Electric motor quiet, quick, allowing smooth stand/sit cycles as circumstance demands without irritating the next guy. Excellent trim & finish throughout. Only tools needed are a small claw-hammer and flat head screwdriver to pop all the staples out of the shipping carton. I recommend installing the four thumb-screws (used to mount the keyboard tray) with the desk standing on its rear side on the floor, balanced between your knees, where it's easy to see the embedded mounting nut. Turn the screw in slowly, feeling for thread-binding as you go. I bought the 48" unit to support two wide-screen displays. Plenty of room on the top deck for office tools, notepads, etc. The keyboard tray is wide enough for keyboard and pen tablet, and deep enough to support any but the most monstrous laptop. Two days of use, and my leg pain is reduced 80%. Another week and I'm totally good, I 'spect. Worth it.

No problem with delivery, timely.

The desk itself is unbelievable. Very easy setup. Took longer to open the box then set up. About a minute to attach the keyboard The desk is fantastic and I feel great standing. The desk is five star Keyboard holder I would give 3 stars just because it is not as sturdy as I would like The monitor bar for two monitors I would give 4 stars. It works well but could be improved a little bit Overall fantastic buy I will be buying one for my home office soon Thank you

I am loving my new sit-to-stand desk riser!

Website troubles each time I tried to order through there. Had to pick up phone and still the process was not smooth. Tried to connect me to sales person for a coupon discount, salesperson not available, no call back, called customer service again. I knew what I wanted and it took website and two phone calls to place an order.

Was an early Christmas gift for my husband, Just want to say he absolutely loves it!!! Great product...I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.. Almost chose a different one which is what was on his Xmas list.. SO glad I didn’t! This was everything he wanted and more! Thanks for making a quality product.. Would highly recommend to all!!
