Great products and also Very responsive and helpful.

Seems like the VersaDesk is well built, however the speed at which it moves up and down was too slow for our office application. When a customer comes in we need to lower to eye level quickly. I would be couscous, because the company doesn't stand behind their product, You will end up paying for the shipping and handling if it doesn't work for you. (Same day we opened the unit, we called and re-boxed - no delays on informing VersaDesk)

This desk is a game changer. It was incredibly easy to assemble. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it lands hard when you return it to the desktop.

Awesome product with great features that make my desk work more productive and less physically demanding.

Took over a month for delivery. Unit failed on first day. Waiting for tech support help. No support info on website.

The first 2 we bought are amazing. This was before the "pull-out" tray. This new one seems weaker. When the desk is lifted it shakes a lot and the tray leans down with the weight of your hands on it even with the tray pushed all the way in. Plus the trim isn't snug all the way around. In a couple of places I had to re-glue the rubber edging. In one spot it still pulls loose. I also am not fond of the flat surface usb port. It's going to be a major dust collector.
