Pros: Stable, right size, and so far I've used it every day this week. Cons: Butt is numb after a couple hours because seat is miserable. Everything is in kilometers although it appears that it can be in miles. Directions are horrible and even the lead tech from IT department couldn't figure out how to switch it.

Ordering process was fine. Rc'd email about credit card that additional authorization was needed. Called Cust Svc and asked to use a different credit card. No problem there; however, I was double charged. Sent an email regarding the matter, no response, so called and was able to get it resolved w/i 48 hours. I Love the desk!!

I love my VersaDesk. This is the third one I have purchased (3 separate employers). My physical limitations requires that I have a power up lift desk, initially I was concerned the noise of the power would be loud. Not the case, the desk is almost silent as it goes up and down. Very satisfied with the VersaDesk.

What should of been a simple process to order ended up being one of complication and stress. If you don't want to allow a different shipping address then the billing address then do not offer it. At the least have a disclaimer that if this is chosen then additional verification will be needed. Also the online offer of two free items if a dest was ordered on black Friday was not honored. It said a standing mat and cordless phone charger would be with each purchase. No where did it say a desk of a certain price point must be purchased for this offer. Yet when ordered it did not give the phone charger. Talked with many reps and was told with each there was a price point. One was going to look into the website offering it and get back to me and never did. Then shipping took way longer to get it in the mail then I would of ever imagined with this being a black Friday sale. Just barely arrived to be the intended Christmas gift.

Love it! My only suggestion is that I wish the support bar on the upper deck was a little more to the right to make room for the mouse pad.
