It was a very good experience to call Verizon Fois for my home. I had no idea that there were so many wonderful things that i could do on my internet and on the T.V. i was extremely pleased on how christopher explained what was available to me. I could not believe it. I was extremely satisfied in making my first call to what seems to be the best of the best in T.V. and in internet! Oh, and did I mention that they gave me a home phone kinda for free, i didn't even ask for one, but it is always good to have one! So Thank You To Christopher,and the Verizon Team! from a New Customer!

Jamie was awesome and helped me through a confusing process to sign up for Verizon FIOS internet and television. She helped me figure out what I wanted and gave great advice on the right package which was too hard to figure out from the website. When the credit department was unable to help right away, she called me back as promised and made sure that I was signed up as discussed and a tech was scheduled when I wanted one. If there was a way to have everyone deal directly with Jamie on the Sales Team, she would be the go-to rep to deal with.

I gave 3 stars because the customer service rep was awful, they were having system problems and instead of her telling me she was just sitting on the phone not saying one word until I said maybe I should call back later and she said I can call you back in 30 minutes which she never did. I ended up calling back and speaking with a gentleman that was able to help me. Unfortunately there are not many choices for Cable in this area , if there were I probably wouldn't have called back after trying 3 times.

I had an awesome experience with Dale - he was very informative and very friendly. I felt as if Dale was more interested in my needs it wasn't about making the deal. He wanted to make sure that I was well informed about Verizon on how the service would be best for me. I never felt like he was pushing the service on me. Dale is fantastic at his job and on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the highest) Dale has earned a 20+. Please give him a giant THANK YOU from me.

Was rather pleased with the service recieved from David. However i dont like that i have to wait a whole week to get service installed. I find that a bit cumbersome.

The customer service was excellent and thorough!!! The rep broke down the offers and made my decision making easy!
