I was able to get all of my question s answered.the best package was chosen,I'm pleased.

The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had to put me on hold for a while trying to find my address, and when he came back he offered me a great discount to make up for the time I spent waiting (he was probably going to offer it to me anyway but it was a really good deal so who cares why I got it). The pricing and service FAR outshines other competitors, namely comcast (the devil's spawn), who actually hung up on me when I called to get information about packages and pricing. I've had fios before and I'm not the biggest fan of the user interface, but their customer service deserves 5 stars nonetheless.

I called Verizon and a few hours after that I was already enjoying the fiber.

My experience with verizon fios was definetly a 10. I was very satisfied with the representative i spoke with and the deal i was able to get on the triple play.

The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and was able to accurately tell me what I was paying for. Additionally she was open and honest and a good conversationalist as well!

The representative that I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. She was helpful and informative. Even though I interrupted her and gave her a hard sell, she kept her composure and was able to seal the deal. Outstanding customer service!! We will see if the product holds up to her presentation. :v)
