Starting off right from the beginning the sales rep was awesome. Didn't pressure any services and tried to fit me exactly with what I needed. They set me up with installation the very next morning. The installer they sent was great! Very friendly and got the job done quickly. Everything is up and running and I am very pleased with fios. I was a time Warner customer but I will never look back. I am getting better services for the exact same cost. Another plus is they tell you exactly what your bill will be. Cannot say anything negative about my experience!

I have been with Verizon before..... and left.... and I went to Comcast... and I gave them a chance, twice to keep me, just like I did Verizon 21/2years ago. I can only hope that two years from now I am not as frustrated. Kathy made the process very easy and allowed me to explain to her exactly what I wanted and how was the easiest and lest expensive way to meet those needs. We shall see!
