The only reason you are not getting five stars is that in your advertisements you say $79.99 for 2 year contract and then by the time you charge for all your rental fees my bill will still be over a hundred dollars. I think your company should work on getting some of the fees taken off and for new customers wave the installation fee of 99.99 even though you get spread it out over 2 bills. Think about doing something about that fee as well.

I spoke to a very thorough representative... he explain each & every promotion that is trending right now. .. I was very pleased with the help in setting up my account. I ended saving & I have a great deal I can afford. I hope everything that was said is a promise.. I would definitely recommend Verizon Fios🙌🏾...........

Recently had a great experience calling Verizon and getting FIOS installed. Process was quick and smooth. Representative was friendly, patient and eager to help me switch from my current provider. It was also great to speak to someone in the US and not a satellite office in another country..these calls can be frustrating at times. Looking forward to great service and experience with Verizon FIOS!!

Technician very nice. Fast and efficient! Satisfied with internet but a little disappointed with the digital box. Didn't know you don't get a guide or menu with that box.
