This product did not work
This product did not work. Now I have to discard it plus my lamp and the old bulb. Not a satisfactory lighting system.

Website offered an opportunity to stock…
Website offered an opportunity to stock up during September with a discount coupon, but when I tried to order additional bulbs by placing a second order to stock up, it would not allow the discount because the discount coupon could be used only one time per customer. So be it. I found an alternative at Batteries & Bulbs at a better price.

I paid extra $$ for one day delivery, but it took 4 days

Hi John, Thank you for reaching out to us! One day delivery means from the time the order is shipped. If your order is placed after 9 a.m., it will be processed that day, ship out the next, and arrive the following day. Here is some more info in case it's helpful: https://verilux.com/pages/shipping-info The order was placed with us on the 19th of September, and UPS shows the order was shipped on the 20th and arrived the 21st.
