Useless, spend an hour putting all the info in and doesn’t allow me to check in. Pathetic app linked to a useless BA.

What is the point of using an app that is supposed to make our life easier when it does not work as intended? I am shocked that BA does not perform due diligence on the vendors they work with. Insane

Piece of complete rubbish. Was encouraged to use this app by British Airways in advance of a trip from London to Spain. Download and tried to set up trip, but only airlines available to select were Aer Lingus and American Airlines! Proceeded to delete app!

The software will not allow me to get past inputting the time of my flight. There is no enter button. Tried numerous times but the app does not allow input. I could not go to the next stages. This is an atrocity as people cannot conform to travel requirements and adds another barrier to freedom of movement.

Rules for St Lucia changed 10 days ago, but verify insist I need a document that is no longer available. Unable to complete my record means I can’t check in online, and now expect to join the hundreds of other people in the same position waiting hours in a long queue serviced by insufficient staff, as many people are currently reporting. Instead of looking forward to an amazing holiday I am dreading it

Can someone at BA explain why they are extending their relationship with Verifly ?? Don’t they read the Reviews on Trustpilot ?? or do they read them and then simply ignore them ? How can BA say that they have had 500,000 customers “ travel seamlessly “ with Verifly ?? I’m reading these Reviews and would be very lucky if I have come across 5 that have had anywhere close to a “ satisfactory experience” with Verifly ??

Tried to upload documents which say they are no longer required for my destination to Cyprus. Won't allow me to process my online check in. What a complete waste of time and worry. I have to cancel my luggage collection for the night before. Their reputation and service has done down the toilet!!! I will never book with BA again!!!

I got two green passes from Verifly, but still cannot check in with British Airways. After a long queue on hold, BA lies and says my pass is valid, but my companion's is not (I have green from Verifly), so show up three hours early to wait in line at airport.
