I am surprised that a class organization like Viking would use such a cumbersome APP like Verifly. Make an error just try and edit, can't be done. I spent hours trying to redo and still working on it after hours of trying.

I spent hours trying to get the app working correctly for our trip to Honduras. Frustrating to the point of tears - and I am pretty unflappable. Just thinking about using it for our departure is giving me some kind of anxiety reaction. We will just go to the airport 3 hours early rather than spend another five hours going in circles.

Our tour operator, Viking required us to use Verifly to verify our covid 19 vaccination status. We found the procedure to obtain the app very difficult and confusing, so much so that we has to ask our travel agent to help us.

When inputting flight details for shared BA AA flight auto fill details incorrect. BA Details give incorrect flight time AA Details won't except booking ref.

Very bad. Insisted I needed a covid test when one wasn't required. Couldn't complete so uninstalled and will get to the airport a little earlier instead.

Simply does not work. Don't waste your time on it.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered. Aer Lingus insist on it for online checkin yet you cannot complete the verify passenger location until you have a seat number from Aer Lingus. Cannot save passenger location form until you do get a seat no (by checking in!). Didn't recognise ‘ in name previously. Don’t waste your time using it. Check in at airport and complete online PLF at the airport. How it gets a rating of 4+ in the App Store is beyond belief. Everyone I speak to who tried to use it complains about it !

Trying to check in for a BA flight. It informs me to use the VeriFLY app. I’ve had the app for a couple of weeks and set up an account. Several attempts to check in for a flight within 24 hours have failed. I’ll check in at the counter like the good old days. Definitely not fit for purpose.
