Verifly Drone InsuranceReviews of verifly.com

Fantastic we ignored the negative reviews and took a chance.. Thankfully we did, We really found Verify to be super useful!.. It's not connected to a boarding pass but it has all documents that u need for where your traveling, We flew BA recently and it was listed on my BA app...It saved us time..You upload your PCR results and Vaccinations plus flight locators as we needed this for the Uk a Flight locator and when we return to Cyprus we needed a CY locator/ Cy flight pass.So we travel LCA to LHR onto IAD Washington DC..and re the US we did this form called Attestation form basic a healthy form shorter then the other forms! Just upload!..When we left US again u do another UK flight locator and then one for Cyprus like I mentioned..A very useful app!! That I highly recommend it!!..It really does save u time at the airport! You upload a photo of yourself and once u fill out and upload all your documents u then get the green check mark that says all info successful or success......🙂Even the staff ( at BA) in the airport's seemed plzed that we used the app!!😃No need to print loads of documents!!! We found it so useful!!

Useless! Took nearly 2hrs just to load my I'd photo. Then QR codes for PCR tests were deemed invalid. Apparently as test had not been conducted by one of Verifly's approved providers? Don't waste your time with this App!

This app doesn't work. I'm flying with BA and am fully vaccinated within the required time frame in order to travel and it won't accept my UK Gov vaccination QR code. AVOID

Refused to accept my covid test as it was out of 48 hour time limit, but the results were 45 hours before my flight - had added stress from this app. I have contacted the app and hopefully they can resolve the problem. Will update if they do!

Well, I am completely mystified by all the negative reviews, as I have found the Verifly app to be fantastic! I used it to fly Larnaca in Cyprus to Heathrow and with the COVID testing, vaccine forms and Passenger Locator Form you had to use to check in, it was brilliant to be able to upload all the documents to the app. You then know you are fine to travel, rather than not knowing 100% up to check in at the airport. I am not very good with technology, but it was easy and worked!! I have read the 20 reviews before me and am dubious in respect of some being genuine. My uploaded documents were verified within minutes and I had no issues uploading my COVID test that was not one of the recommended ones, so is therefore not a scam as 1 person claims. Therefore, Verifly is highly recommended by me, so I say perhaps ignore the negative reviews and give it a go, so you can decide whether it’s worth it or not. Finally BA are not forcing you to use it. They are recommending it’s use to speed up check in etc, so it’s your choice and therefore the people complaining about data compliance have no reason to complain as they could choose not to use it and check in normally at the airport. Another final thing, I was very pleased to see that before the free 24 hour check in, I checked the BA app quite a while before and we had been placed next to each other already in decent seats which normally cost 18 Pounds each before the free check in. The flight was full as well. I believe that was due to me using this app, so not only did I save 36 Pounds for the 2 seats next to each other in a busy flight, everything was sorted prior to arrival at airport, so all we had to do was show the green ticks in the app. If you found this useful can you press ‘useful’ please as it took me some time to write and it would be nice to know it helped someone. Thank you

I could only use this for my Miami to Heathrow flight and not any domestic flights in US but I’m guessing it’s because you don’t need a COVID test. It didn’t get me through any queues any quicker but it did let me check in online for my flight back to the U.K. It’s quite easy to use and I guess it helps whilst travelling during these awful times.

Downloaded app When I entered my flight from dfw to France it automatically showed the flight number. When I tried to enter the date of my September flight the only options that were listed were Aug 15 to Aug 31. Apparently useless app. Deleted app.

Received a text message from BA suggesting using the VeriFly app for our upcoming trip. I assumed therefore that the route we are flying was supported which according to the BA website, it is. On the VeriFly website however, it is not shown as a supported route. The truth is that it is half supported, only the second leg of our direct stopping flight seems to be supported which is of no use to man nor beast, unless that is really your departure point. When you choose the trip and try to update it with dates/airline etc, it automatically populates the departure and arrival point. The departure point was incorrect and there is no way to correct it and there is no way to get help as all you get if you email Daon is a cut and paste standard answer with no analysis of your specific issue. It was exactly the same email template I got a couple of weeks back when I asked a totally different question. The standard answer is that either you are selecting a non supported route (I was not) or it is too far out from the departure date (3 days out) or it is a partner airline (it is not). The return flight to the UK fares no better. Again unable to select the departure point despite the website saying that all BA international routes back to the UK are supported. I like the idea of being able to upload docs to get them verified before travel but this app is not easy to use and there is non existent support when you run into difficulties.
