Agree totally with all the negative reviews. A blatant waste of time. Totally frustrating. We are flying in the 16th and the app only goes as far as the 15th. Kept saying I was not scheduled for my flight. Reached out to tech support (after much difficulty trying to find them) but NEVER got a response. Avoid Verifly

I've used it twice, and twice it has been useless. I upload all the docs, it tells me everything is tickety boo, I go to BA and am told I can't check in because my docs are not verified. It is now 6 hours since they were "verified" in the app, but no way can I check in. I can't even choose a seat. Bloody Awful!

Extremely difficult and frustrating app to use. Spent an hour and a half typing in info - over and over again. Might be easier to go through the hassle at the airport.

Rubbish. I have uploaded everything for my trip U.K. to Boston tomorrow. The app tells me everything is ok. I go to check in online but the BA website says Covid details are missing and to go to the VeriFLY app to add them. BA are just a much to blame because the app is obviously not talking to the website. Just so annoying as will have to do regular check in and waste valuable time.

This whole Verifly thing is completely unnecessary and begs the question of why the airline industry bothers with it at all. Just get a covid test within 48 hours of your departure and arrive at the airport a little early. You can be sure that all of the airline ground people who issue your boarding pass know that Verifly is bogus and a waste of energy and time. Those ground people are probably very sick of hearing travelers say, "Last night I spent two hours trying to get Verify to work and eventually I just gave up." On behalf of travelers from around the world, I hereby declare, PLEASE DO AWAY WITH VERIFLY!

Very frustrated with this app and lack of support. It refused to accept my AA locator (many tries for the two of us). It wouldn't let me select a date beyond May 15 for a flight on the 18th. Two emails requesting help.....nothing but crickets. Draw your own conclusions.

Begrudge giving it even one star. Not fit for purpose. Obviously been put together by someone who had no idea what he was doing and then put out there without anyone testing it first.

Garbage! App doesn't cover the country I am flying to with BA (Kuwait) so I have to wait until I get to the airport until I can check-in and chose my seat.
