If I could a 0 I would.They make the process so difficult. You have to make sure everything is correct, no periods, dashes dots missed lettering & they also do not have phone support just email which they usually reply quickly

I don't even have the words for how truly sad and awful this app is.... other than perhaps 'Soul destroying'. The product team that produced this P.O.S should hang their heads in shame.

I attempted to use Verify September 2021 and it was a useless and frustrating experience, so we checked in at the airport. I tried again today, 24th May, reloading the app. It sent an email with a Q-code and a URL. The Q-code has to be read by the Verifly App but there is no way to get from the app's scanner page to an email with the q-code! An option to connect with an email client failed. So, I tried the URL. This successfully took me to a page where no progress could be made and the page just renewed the tired message of scanning the q-code from the App. And that does not work. I've designed Apps for Gnowbe.com and had a lot of experience investigating and designing good apps with real time data living and real time feedback. The Verifly App in my view is about the worst I have ever encountered. Worse than USELESS!

Worst app ever. It won't accept the QR code from my valid Covid recovery certificate because VeriFly only accepts the EU version -- except the UK is no longer in the EU, so I can't get the EU version. VeriFly's response to me was 'oh, just go check in at the airport,' which is what I was trying to avoid. British Airways have a big role to play in this too. Why on earth have they got into bed with these people? Shame on the lot of you. One star is far too high a rating for this useless app.

Terrible APP. Just used it for a trip to South American on AA. Poorly designed, I had trouble uploading my two vaccination records. Then I got a message that it was too late (flight is in 5 days). I got this message twice. I complained and received a message to delete the trip and start over. Finally got it right. Horrible.

Verifly appears to work if you're willing to pay for expedited review"". Otherwise prepare to wait and be sure that you have all documents for check-in at the airport. After many varied attempts to get our docs verified, finally had to pay for the expedited review and the process started to work, but had to wait 8 hours to get my spouses review completed.

As per thousands of previous reviews submitted by my fellow travellers, this app is not fit for purpose. I'm supposed to be checking in with BA online and have submitted everything required with Verifly, and still nothing happens. What is the point? Anyone?
