Wow. Just wow. UX from 20 years ago. After a couple of hours I trying I managed to get "safe to fly" but it doesn't matter - I still can't check in online. And they oblige you to do it. This kind of thing should be illegal. Shame on you BA. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Words fail me. This app is absolute rubbish. Guaranteed to spoil the end to anyone's holiday. BA have got to take a serious look about requiring the use of this pre- checking in on line.

The app is a useless piece of computer garbage, after 46hours it still hasn’t interfaced with BA, we cannot check in online therefore are faced with extensive waiting tomorrow,. The app continually asked for details already submitted. I spent 6 hours trying to marry up your app with BA to no avail. Shocking horrendous experience so disappointed a company like BA has sunk to budget airline standards

Terrible, awful app. Doesn’t work properly if at all. Very hard to navigate, doesn’t allow you to book your return flight and adds a lot of stress and frustration to your journey that hasn’t even started. Worst of all asks all sorts of private information that no one should have to share with an institution unknown to them. Another example of greedy corporations wanting to make money from your data. Shame on you British Airways and VeriFly!

What a waste of my time. I used it for my outbound trip Its only use was it checked my pcr test - I had a paper copy and it saved on my phone so really no use just an additional time consuming task. On my return I cannot check in because the app keeps giving me outgoing flight that I already took. I uninstalled it and reinstalled using different email but LGW, LHR, GB UK England and variations of it. Not listed. I have to check in at airport more time wasted. If BA wants us to use this app. Please make sure it works.

I returned home to Cork from Tenerife on Thurs 10 Feb with Aer Lingus. I downloaded this app but did not manage to upload the documents, may be if I had a degree in IT I would have succeeded!! I found the whole experience to be very stressful and I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. Eventually I phoned Aer Lingus call centre and they advised to go to airport to check in. A pity I did not look at the reviews beforehand.

Unable to book return trip. The app keep showing the previous outward bound travel and unable to cancel. Therefore without the VeriFLY completion BA will not allow me to check in. Oh well they will have to have more work in booking me in at the airport. Pleas BA if you are going to force us down the route of using VeriFLY - at least make sure it works properly and efficiently.

Trying to check in for the return trip was so difficult. Have given up and will check in at the airport. Horrible, stressful experience.
