Hello Herman and thank you for your comments. If you need to reschedule a class please first login to your account. Once logged in please click on the second tab shown on your account homepage labelled ‘Lesson Diary and Tutor Feedback’. Once you have clicked on this tab you should be able to view your scheduled lessons. On a mobile device your ‘Lesson Diary and Feedback’ can be accessed via the sub menu shown immediately above your list of favourite tutors. To reschedule a lesson to an alternative day and time, please click the blue calendar reschedule icon. Once you have clicked on this icon you will need to select an alternative lesson time and confirm your choice. If you need any further assistance please get in touch through your account.
