The website is a good idea, but booking instructors is a total pain - especially multiple lessons. The website needs work.

I've only worked with one tutor on Verbalplanet and it has been excellent experience thus far. The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. I was a bit unsure to start because I prefer learning a language in a group, but as a busy working mum this format enables me to make the most of the very limited time I've got as I can't make it to the classes due to the family schedule.
