Tutors that do not attend to their lessons in numerous occasions should be let go.

UI from 15 years ago, but it gets the job done. Fortunately the tutors, at least mine, are professionals. I asked multiple times for invoices after my purchases and I haven't received them so far. The customer service, if there is any, is inefficient.

They closed my profile after couple of years with no explanation. All was great before, i had many lessons and good reviews, i loved teaching at there and still want to continue. But since 3 years no answer... 100$ didnt give back too... If here a support team answering, pls help me get started again and I will erase this comment. I just wanna get back and my money too. Thank you!!!

It’s been 4 days since I’m trying to approve my teacher profile and they keep reject me. They NEVER answered me once telling me why. I’ve added a new profile pic, my experiences, my education, Skype account..still nothing. They just don’t want more teachers and they don’t tell you.

The lesson did not take place.

I am very unhappy with Verbalplanet. I tried to work as a tutor completing the profile as suggested by them, but the profile status always says "unapproved" and no support was given to me. Not recommended!

Why keep paying this predatory system? It's a rip off. Once you're introduced to your teacher ditch them and pay your tutor directly. VP takes a huge cut for nothing more than introducing you to each other.

I have been using this site for a long time. However, it is very inconvenient to have to authenticate every time I make a payment from a certain moment. If you don't go back to the old payment system, I think I'll use another site someday.
