Wonder why Verbalplanet doesn’t give discount for repeat loyal customers. Please don’t respond that teachers give loyalty discount. I do get 50cents and 25cents discounts from teacher when I pay them directly. However, the booking fee that the website/Verbalplanet is constant always even for repeat loyal customers. I feel bad that you don’t consider giving discounts while booking online with you. I had given this feedback earlier. I got cookie cutter responses saying teachers are giving loyalty discounts even though it is clear I am referring to Verbalplanet discount at the time of booking classes. Also, wish there is a app so we could see our appointments on phone when we are at working to make sure there are no clashes.

I’m really happy with my tutor. Been having lessons for nearly a year now and I have to say it’s the best investment i’ve made. I’ve become more confident speaking the language and I wouldn’t be learning now if I tried online on my own. My tutor pushes me and sets me regular home tasks to keep me engaged.

My instructor on Verbal planet has helped me immensely. I have been studying Italian for years but have made more progress in the last year with my tutor than ever before. She encourages and challenges me. My progress with Italian has inspired me to start learning French which I am comprehending easily because of my Italian studies. I'm also a fan of Verbal Planet because they don't price gouge. I previously worked with another service who charged too much and kept most of the fees for themselves with less than half going to the actual tutor.
